This unique bed is from Dano (village in the region of Ioba) It is very rare to find beds from this ethnic group. The marvelous patina testifies to its age. This piece is carved out one solid wooden piece. Dagara communities live in Ghana, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast and in the North of Cameroon. Their art is close to that of the Lobi and Bwaba because they live together.
